Enterprise Sales Representative

Are you highly motivated, driven and a self-starter with a positive attitude? We need someone with a strong desire to learn in a growing and dynamic environment. You will also need to be comfortable with complex sales cycles.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Create and achieve key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
• Research and build new and existing enterprise accounts
• Foster relationships with key players on all teams (internally and externally)
• Takes the initiative to be educated on new offerings as they happen and communicates possible new offering to tech team
• Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around User1st’s offerings
• Accelerate customer adoption
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Manage contract negotiations


Qualifications & Education/Experience


• Experience with consultative selling
• Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software/technology selling
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals quarterly
• Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM
• Ability and willingness to travel

Junior Program Manager

The Junior Program Manager organizes and coordinates User1st’s projects and is a client liaison. He/she provides strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture and goals. The Junior Program Manager also oversees the progress of operations and works closely with the Director of Operations.


The goal of the Junior Program Manager is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. There will be ample opportunity to grow this role in to a more senior position within the Operations Department. As such, the opportunity to learn and advance one’s experience and career makes this a unique offer. We are seeking a highly ambitious and motivated individual.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
• Prepare reports for executive management
• Perform basic financial accounting

Junior Finance Controller

The Finance Controller will work under the supervision of the COO to support the organization’s, activities and projects. The Finance Controller role will include administrative, financial, and operational tasks in support of a portfolio of projects, new business development, and organization-wide activities. This role requires an independent and motivated professional who is comfortable working with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Participate in the design & tracking of key performance indicators, creating budget analyses, financial statement analysis, identifying trends / business drivers, & internal benchmarking
• Draft management reporting for Executives / Board of Directors / internal stakeholders
• Provide support and analyses for budgeting / forecasting and long-term planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities & ensuring alignment with strategy
• Conduct quality control activities during financial review, perform accounting research, and identify process improvements
• Develop KPI’s and tracking to enhance expense monitoring
• Document the operating procedures; review budget adjustments as needed throughout the year


Qualifications & Education/Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 3 years of relevant finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience developing dynamic financial and operational models
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced, high-productivity startup environment
• Able to work on multiple projects at a given time
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Junior UX Consultant

The UX Consultant is part UX designer, part accessibility expert (we will train you!) and part business analyst. UX Consultants are critical to helping User1st’s Customer’s achieve accessibility across all of their digital assets including websites, web apps, and mobile apps. Thus, User1st is seeking a Junior UX Consultant to help support our customers design, implement and deploy Accessible Digital Assets


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Derive business processes, analyze customers accessibility needs, assist in requirements definition, give feedback about browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing
• Create Personas and Scenarios of Use.
• Design color schemes, CSS, and other critical design functions
• Document user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations.
• Support Sales and Marketing Activities by demonstrating product and design concepts to customers and partners.
• Communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis


Qualifications & Education/Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and other mock up tools
• 2-4 years of prior UX/Graphic Design experience
• 1-3 years of HTML and JavaScript Prototyping Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent customer service
• Experience interacting directly with customers/end users
• Strong work ethic
• Being adept at brainstorming
• Great research skills

Senior UX Consultant
