Outside Sales Representative

Are you highly motivated, driven and a self-starter with a positive attitude? We need someone with a strong desire to learn in a growing and dynamic environment. This Outside Sales Rep would cover a certain geographical territory, which will involve travel.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Create and achieve key sales and business development initiatives to increase sales pipeline

Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.

Research and build new and existing accounts

Foster relationships with key players on all teams (internally and externally)

Takes the initiative to be educated on new offerings as they happen and communicates possible new offering to tech team

Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiations skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based

Create & articulate compelling value propositions around User1st’s offerings

Accelerate customer adoption

Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption

Qualifications & Education/Experience


Solid record of sales with emphasis in new product adoption

Outstanding written/verbal communication skills

3 years of working experience in sales; technology sales preferred

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals quarterly

Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM

Ability and willingness to travel

Junior UX Analyst

The UX Analyst is part UX designer, part graphic designer, and part business analyst. UX Analyst are important to both the customer experience as well as overall website success. User1st is seeking a Junior UX Analyst to help our product design and, respectively, our business.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


• Derive business processes, analyze customer needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing
• Create Personas and Scenarios of Use.
• Create and refine screen prototypes
• Create design mock ups for developers to create
• Design color schemes, CSS, and other critical design functions
• Document user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations.
• Communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis


Qualifications & Education/Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and other mock up tools
• 1-3 years of prior UX/Graphic Design experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent customer service
• Experience interacting directly with customers/end users
• Strong work ethic
• Being adept at brainstorming
• Great research skills

Junior Professional Services Developer

Junior Professional Services Developers are responsible for implementing and troubleshooting custom implementations for our external client base. The Junior Professional Services Developers routinely work closely with the Solutions Consultants team and are crucial to our implementation success.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Collaborate with other implementation and quality assurance team members to guarantee successful implementation
• Design, prototype and build technical solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions for successful implementation
• Create mappings to facilitate smooth integrations
• Report and fix bugs as needed
• Become proficient with our proprietary software
• Work collaboratively with the R&D and QA teams
• Additional assignments as requested

 

Qualifications & Education/Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience with Javascript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced, high-productivity startup environment
• Able to work on multiple projects at a given time
• Experience in developing web applications

• Able to explain complex technical information

Enterprise Sales Representative

Junior Solutions Consultant

Our Junior Solution Consultant will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing teams by doing technical demonstrations, building solutions, and helping spread the word about uSuite, User1st’s premier accessibility Cloud Solution. As a Solution Consultant you will routinely be needed support technical requests from customers and potential customers, build proof of concepts, and deliver technical demonstrations. You will work under our Senior Solutions Consultants to work directly with clients to define requirements specifications and scope of work documents and have a direct line of communication with the client regarding their business needs.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine accessibility scope and requirements
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Plan and modify User1st services to meet customer needs
• Explain the benefits of User1st products or services to potential customers
• Ask for technical requirements from customers and modify and adjust products to meet customers’ specific needs
• Serve as an accessibility tester for web documents and web pages
• Assist with the development of a document compliance strategy for web documents
• Advise authors, content developers, and staff on how to ensure documents and websites are accessible

 

Qualifications & Education/Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Previous experience in a software development (personal projects are OK if they can be demonstrated)
• An aptitude for sales and customer service
• Possess strong analytical skills and pay strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced, high-productivity startup environment
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Operational knowledge of assistive technologies used for web browsing, such as screen readers (JAWS, NVDA), screen magnification software (ZoomText), or speech-direct software (Dragon Naturally Speaking) STRONGLY Preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Able to translate project details between technical and non-technical audiences
