Solutions Integrator – Junior Level

Solutions Integrators are responsible for implementing and troubleshooting custom implementations for our external client base. The Integrators routinely work closely with the Solutions Consultants team and are crucial to our implementation success.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with other implementation and quality assurance team members to guarantee successful implementation
  • Design, prototype and build technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions for successful implementation
  • Create mappings to facilitate smooth integrations
  • Report and fix bugs as needed
  • Become proficient with our proprietary software
  • Work collaboratively with the R&D and QA teams
  • Additional assignments as requested

Qualifications & Education/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player, and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced, high-productivity startup environment
  • Able to work on multiple projects at a given time
  • Experience in developing web applications
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to explain complex technical information
  • Strong work ethic

Accessibility Developer - Fullstack Front End/UI/UX/Web Developer

User1st is currently seeking an Accessibility Developer to work at our client’s site in Seattle, WA.




The Accessibility Developer will provide digital accessibility consulting and testing to customers. The person in this position will work directly with customers to deliver high value digital accessibility services. They will help customers find and fix accessibility issues. A strong candidate for this role will be proactive and have a record of delivering exceptional service.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Be a passionate about web accessibility and provide subject matter expertise
  • Apply detailed knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 standards
  • Contribute to accessibility documentation and guidelines
  • Answer questions on implementing specific accessibility requirements for specific products
  • Derive business processes, analyze customers accessibility needs, assist in requirements definition, give feedback about browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing
  • Create Personas and Scenarios of Use
  • Provide Web development and UX/UI design assistance
  • Design color schemes, CSS, and other critical design functions
  • Document user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations
  • Communicate technical topics as well as interface with the customer on a daily basis

Qualifications & Education/Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital accessibility
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 guidelines, 508 compliance
  • Experience implementing accessible products using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Be experienced with all Front-End technologies, such as Angular and Bootstrap
  • 2+ years of Web Development, UX/Graphic Design experience
  • Ability to travel as needed (mainly to company headquarters in DC)

Project Manager

User1st is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to work at our client’s site in Seattle/Bellevue, WA.



The Technical Project Manager develops and maintains a technology project plan, which outlines projects’ tasks, milestone dates, status, and allocation of resources to stakeholders and other interested parties. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for clearly defining and quantifying each step, as well as establishing concrete deadlines for each project milestone and deliverable.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Execute and maintain project management processes in the areas of project schedule, quality management, communications management, risk/issue management, and change management
  • Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
  • Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
  • Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, provide leadership, direction, and ensure that teams have resources to deliver product/service
  • Conduct activities associated with administering and managing software development using Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Conduct activities associated with administering and managing infrastructure design, deployment, and operations and maintenance
  • Perform quality control of processes and products produced by rest of the product team.
  • Organize, oversee, and develop technical program management oversight processes and methodologies
  • Influence continuous improvement of project management methodologies including: assessment of project delivery capabilities, gathering and reporting performance metrics, establishing corresponding targets, and measurement of on-going progress
  • Identify and manage interdependencies between applications, platforms, services, and environments
  • Interface with external stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations as needed


Qualifications & Education/Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent and 5-plus years’ IT and management experience
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Strong desire to apply technical knowledge
  • Strong team orientation – desire to be part of a Technology team and to lead the team in the areas of technical training
  • Strong interpersonal skills – experience working with diverse individuals and groups with varying learning styles
  • Strong collaboration and consultation skills
  • Expertise in test design and management
  • Ability to manage significant change under aggressive project deadlines
  • Strong track record of building strong and effective relationships at various levels in an organization to develop effective learning
